It gives me immense pleasure to know that Institute for the Blind -Andh Vidyalya, Amritsar is organising Centenary Celebrations in April 2023. I congratulate the Governing Council, it’s management, Headmaster, wonderful group of dedicated teachers, amazing students and the Administration Staff to be part of this Utsav. During celebration the Visually Handicapped Children would showcase their talents in Music, computer, Braille skills, indoor games and individual performances.

I wish the Institute all the best and hope that all involved in its Management provide excellent facilities to realise their full potential and allow them become self reliant, independent and proud human beings.
