It is a matter of great satisfaction that Andh Vidyalya is completing 100 years of service to the visually challenged boys of North India. The school has come up a long way from when it was founded in 1923 by Late Shri Mangal Dev ji. The school shifted to its present premises in January, 1935, when R.B. Labh Chand Mehra was the President and Dr. S. Rozdon was the Hony. Secretary. I am happy we have been able to do our bit in shaping the lives of these boys, admitted here without any consideration of caste or creed. The centenary celebrations from 20th to 23rd April, is like an UTSAV. Let’s all celebrate it with enthusiasm and vigour.
