I am very happy to intimate to all of you that the 100th foundation day of Institute for the Blind, Amritsar is being celebrated on 22nd April 2023. I want to request you all to become the part of the celebrations.

Regarding the Foundation Day, the 4-day functions will be organized. First 2 days, different competitions will be held like Braille reading and writing, Vocal, Classical, Instrumental and Light Music, Chess, Quiz, Musical chair, Poem. Next 2 days will be for seminar and the last day will be The Last Sitting on 23rd April 2023. During 4-days celebrations, many other cultural activities will be performed by the blind children and others.

For the last 100 years, thousands of students have got Education, Music, Art and Craft. During this period, they have become successful and are doing jobs and earning their livelihood successfully and are helping their families and the society. The credit of this goes to the respectable people who had been or have been helpful to us. The Institute for the Blind expresses its gratitude to all of you and hope your support will continue for the blind children.
